Tipiliuke Lodge is the perfect place to stay to explore Argentine Patagonia on horseback. The lodge is located at the foothills of the Andes, in the heart of a 50,000 acre working cattle farm. Riders will be able to explore the beautiful scenery and wildlife of Patagonia with knowledgeable English speaking guides and Argentine gauchos. Beginner and expert riders are given experienced horses to ride. Some of the wildlife that can be seen out on the rides include: Andean condors, guanacos, large herds of deer, and sometimes even a puma. After the guests spend a full day riding, return to the lodge for some delicious authentic regional cuisine.
The lodge is reminiscent of an English country home and the ranch was founded in 1909. The lodge has nine luxurious appointment rooms, each with a private bathroom, and French windows that look out into the gardens. There are great outdoor seating areas that offer great views in every direction. The ranch can also be explored not only on horseback, but also on foot or bicycle. Fly fishing for trout and local tours are also activities that can be included for guests.
