Born in Hong Kong and raised in England and Singapore, Abby’s international upbringing sparked a lifelong curiosity for the world. She has since traveled to over 70 countries, exploring diverse cultures, landscapes, and luxury properties across the globe.
After moving to the United States, Abby built a successful career in wedding and corporate event planning. That experience honed her strengths in logistics, vendor coordination, and high-touch client service—skills that naturally transitioned into her work in luxury travel. Combining her passion for travel with her love of creating meaningful experiences, she joined the Journeys Yachts & Travel team.
Most memorable travel experience?
This is a tough one since there are so many good ones.. So I picked three! Watching the shooting stars on top of Mt Kilimanjaro on New Years. Eating an amazing fireside chicken in a little town in Czech Republic called Cesky Krumlov. Walking the streets of Galway listening to the live local Irish music.
What is your favorite travel trick?
Packing cubes! If you are someone who likes to unpack your clothes when you get to your hotel then you need packing cubes in your life. They are a life saver! I also always pack one extra cube for dirty laundry.
Where do you want to travel next?
I would love to officially check off from my bucket list, visit every continent. So next trips looks like it might have to be Antarctica. I also really want to visit Giraffe Manor in Kenya or go to Japan!
