5 Signs It's Time to Take a Wellness Getaway

After two years of pandemic life, people are stressed out!

Granted, this was a trend even before Covid was thrown into the mix. Work-life balance has been in decline for years, giving way to an epidemic of “busy-ness.” Since we can all be connected to work 24/7, we get more screen time and less time for friends, family, and rest. Add a global pandemic upending school, work, family, and social routines, and you’ve got a recipe for a toxic stress cocktail. We are burnt out, frazzled, absolutely fried.

After two years of limited travel for all of us, I have been thrilled to see a renewed interest in “getting away” not just for the sake of it, but rather centered around wellness goals.
